The studio

We are located at Shop C04A Level 1 MacArthur Square, Campbelltown. The studio is across the street from Rashays next to the bus stop on Kellicar Rd. We are in between The Fifth Tattoo Gallery and Nectar Spa.
By Car - The closest parking (outdoor) is located around the corner off Geary St. and Kellicar Rd. Parking for up to 3 hours is free.
By Train - Train arrives at least every half an hour on the East Hill and Airport lines to MacArthur Station.

Our main door opens 15 minutes before class time, and the door is locked when class starts. Plan to arrive early to settle in, enjoy the warmth and some stretches before your class.

Activewear is recommended, or anything that is breathable and allows you to move freely. No socks required on the mat.

Mandatory to have a drink bottle and a towel (full-sized recommended). We have water bottles for purchase and towels for hire if needed. Everything else is provided including the highest quality workout mat, however you are alway welcome to bring your own workout mat.

You must be at least 16 years of age or older to attend any of our Classes.

Unfortunately our hot classes are not pregnancy safe as the added heat may affect your body differently with all the changes your body is going through.
Our warm Yin Yoga classes are pregnancy safe as long as you have received clearance from health care professional and are used to practicing in heated space. Please let your instructor know when before class.
If you’ve just become a new mother, we ask that you consult your doctor for clearance to return to exercise under the infrared heat.

Hydrate well before and after class, avoid eating heavy meals just like you would do before going for an exercise class.

Tone offers a comprehensive 45-minute full-body workout that focuses on building core strength, improving posture, toning muscles, and enhancing spinal mobility. It is an exercise in self-awareness and body alignment with low-impact movements. All classes are thoughtfully curated, incorporating a variety of props to keep your mind and body challenged in different ways
Our classes are suitable for people of all levels with appropriate modifications and progression options provided in each class so you can challenge yourself or dial it back as you need.

A mindful practice that will drastically improve your mental and physical health involving physical postures (asanas), controlled breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and ethical principles. It is a holistic practice suitable for everybody, proven to help reduce stress, increase flexibility and muscle strength, tone your body, improve energy levels and vitality and improve mental clarity.
At Tone, we understand the importance of tuning into your body’s needs. You will experience a holistic approach to physical fitness, mental well-being and emotional balance by integrating both Hot Power Yoga and Yin Yoga into your sustainable Yoga practice.

The studio is heated intentionally to further enhance the many benefits of Pilates and Yoga. The heat not only helps you to focus, it also aids as detoxification and helps you sleep better at night. Read more about the benefits of infrared heat in our website.
Please note all heated classes are not suitable for pregnancy.

Our infrared panels provide safe and healthy heat for our clients. Different from a convection heater that heats up a room through air circulation, infrared heat gives you a similar comfort that you feel from a natural environment (i.e. under the sun) without UV damage.

Perfect, this is for you. Pilates and Yoga is not just about how flexible you are or can be, although you will see great improvement on flexibility with consistent practice.

Yes, we have an on-going intro pack for first time clients only at $39, 7 classes in 2 weeks. Only $5.50 per class!

Visit your app store on your device and search for Tone Pilates to download the app. Create an account with us, sign the waiver forms and follow the instructions on the app to purchase and book.

You can book our classes 7 days in advance. Our free app is the best way to book classes, please ensure you refer to late cancel and no show policy in case of any change of plans!

Our membership and class packages are tailored to encourage consistency to help you achieve your health and fitness goal. Few tips to get you started:
-Trial our classes by taking advantage of the intro offer
-Think about how Pilates and Yoga can complement your lifestyle and/or other trainings

Any suspension and cancellation for Membership must be submitted through our suspension request form (no other forms of cancellation will be accepted) with at least 7 business days’ notice. You will not be able to suspend or terminate your Membership before the minimum commitment period for any reason whatsoever. Suspension request form is here and the termination request form is here.
The suspension may be for a minimum of 1 week and maximum of 3 weeks for any single suspension period, or will otherwise incur AUD 15 weekly suspension fee from week 4 onwards.
Class packs and bookings:

Yes, we have a 9 hours cancellation window. If you cancel 9 hours before the scheduled start time for the class by removing yourself from the class using our app, you will not lose your credit and/or be charged a penalty fee. If you cancel within 9 hours of scheduled start time for the class, OR do not show up for the class, the following policy will apply:
-Weekly membership, monthly packs, intro offer and casual pass will forfeit credits.
-Any unlimited membership including pre-sale intro offer will be charged $15 for late cancellation or no show (without canceling on app).
We respect everyone’s time; our main door is locked when class starts and late entry is not permitted (this is considered as no show). Please refer to T&C for more information, including private and corporate class cancellation policy.

Join the waitlist if the class you wish to attend is fully booked so you can be bumped into the class when a spot becomes available. Please note that the bump is automatic, which means the first person waitlisted will be bumped into the class once a spot becomes available. Once booked in, cancellation and no show policy will apply as outlined above.

Yes, this opens up a spot in the class and allows others in the waitlist a chance to be booked in or if you do not show up, no show policy will apply as outlined above.
